Tailgate & Celebrate at the AC Hotel in Portsmouth, NH last Saturday was proof that you don’t need a parking lot to throw a legendary tailgate 🏈
The PROCON team spent the night celebrating 91 years in business the best way we know how—great people, lots of laughs, and a high energy that carried through the night. From the décor to the outfits, everyone fully leaned into the theme, which made it even more fun.
One of the best parts of the night was taking time to recognize team members who truly live out our Core Values every day. Seeing coworkers celebrate each other is what makes our company so special.
Overall, the night was a celebration of our people, our values, and the amazing community we’ve built together. Here’s to 91 years—and many more to come!

There are some moments on a jobsite that just feel big—and setting this truss last week was definitely one of them.
Working with Canam, the team successfully lifted and installed a 212-foot-long steel truss for a new aviation hangar at Pease International Airport. At 12’-8” deep and 9’ wide, it’s not just impressive in size—it’s what makes the wide-open, column-free space inside the hangar possible. The project includes a 32,400 SF hangar designed for two aircraft, along with a 4,900 SF office space. Another standout feature: a 212-foot-wide vertical lift fabric door, making aircraft access seamless.
It’s a huge step forward and a great example of what strong teamwork and coordination can accomplish. Congrats to everyone involved.

The PROCON team showed up strong for the Waypoint Sleepout last Friday. 💙
Twenty-four team members braved the elements to raise funds and awareness for youth experiencing homelessness – because every young person deserves a safe home. From Northwood to Auburn to Portsmouth—and even on Lake Kanasatka—our team stood in solidarity with young people on their path to long-term stability.
We’re proud to share that we’ve raised $109,260 so far. These vital funds will go directly to @WaypointNH so they can keep providing these life-changing services.

PROCON was proud to support the ACE Mentor Program of NH at this year’s Student Showcase at Winnacunnet High School! Students from Portsmouth and Winnacunnet presented innovative co-living housing solutions that tackle real-world challenges such as affordability, design, and financial feasibility.
A highlight of the evening was awarding the Mark Stebbins Memorial Scholarship and the PROCON Scholarship to Sophia Gagalis and Julia Roy, students at Winnacunnet High School, for their exceptional work and dedication.
We’re especially proud of Chris Powers, ACE board member and Team Lead at Manchester School of Technology, for his continued mentorship and leadership.
