I found my lifetime job. Everyone is so friendly here. I love the cookouts and lunches on special occasions and the extra paychecks and bonuses. I also love how Mark and Sally are very generous with the local charities. It shows what great people they are to work for. It's amazing how they know everyone's name.

Team atmosphere, I like knowing the answers are a phone call away if we need them. Being able to work with the Architects & PM's in the office to solve urgent problems on site is rare. It's different than any other construction company I've been at. The benefits package is very good, and doesn't cost much at all. Ownership seems to actually care. They think about what we want. They recognized us field employees at Gillette Stadium last year, it was awesome! They even brought us ice cream to the site recently.
